The municipality of Veliko Gradiste will get an airport in the coming period.

Planning documentation for the construction of the Silver Lake Airport is currently being drafted, the existing 800 m grass runway is anticipated to be upgraded and extended to 1,400 m, and runway extension work should begin in 2020. The airport should be completed in the next two to three years and will be used by air crafts with capacity for up to 50 passengers.
