Holiday Inn is the second hotel within the International Hotels Group (IHG) chain in Serbia. The first hotel was built in 2007 in New Belgrade. It is intended in the first place for the international business guests.

The construction of Holiday Inn Hotel in Novi Sad, as the investment by the world-renowned IHG chain valued at some EUR 11 million, started soon after the construction agreement was signed in April 2010. The facade of the new Holiday Inn, at the corner of Bulevar Evrope and Futoski put in Novi Sad, is almost finished, so that there is every prospect that the hotel will be completed by the end of 2012.
