Seminar “The hidden traps in decision making” will be held on 4^th November 2014 at Hotel Zlatnik, in Belgrade, Serbia.

Decision making is one of the most important tasks of a manager, who is also the toughest and most risky. Bad decisions can damage business and career to a great extent, but the question is how much responsibility should lie on the decision-makers who often are not aware of their own limitations.

The lecturer will be Dr Andrijana Musura, and seminar is designed for all business people who in the everyday work are faced with making decisions, assessing, analyzing data, etc.

After the seminar, participants will be able to:

– Be familiar with the two systems of cognitive functioning (automatic and controlled), as well as the biases of which result;
– Recognize their own biases in decision-making and the dominant style of decision-making;
– Learn to recognize the hidden traps in decision making.
