The project has gathered an experienced creative team, which has already been confirmed in projects such as the opening ceremony of the Universiade in Belgrade in 2009, the Eurovision Song Contest, and numerous projects in the Terazije Theatre. Troop UNA SAGA SERBICA has been established for this project and has 40 players – there are dancers from the National Theatre, School Luio Davico, as well as from other international dance schools, etc..

The main goal of the project is reviving, nourishing and promotion of the authentic folk dance heritage of different Balkan regions. Organizers also wish to implement modern visual (3D mapping) technology in traditional ethno identity of the Balkans.

The purpose of this project is to raise the cultural awareness among the target population and to improve the position of our traditional culture in our region, as well as in the world. Organizers wish to show that Balkan has many young, talented and educated people who are ready to represent our traditional cultural values in the best possible way.
