Envoy hotel & Conference Center proudly presents the new Executive Chef, Nikola Grujic, who came on this position early in the spring.

Known for his innovative approach, he had the opportunity to work on leading positions in top-notch restaurants and hotels. In previous years, he successfully built his career at the Courtyard Hotel as the restaurant Chef, as well as in the famous Belgrade’s restaurants Voulez-vous, Klub Knjizevnika, Zaplet. Nikola also got his culinary experience in the Moscow hotel chain Amaks.
