In line with the demands and interests of the market, Zagreb Fair in 2005 launched a new specialized fair project – HOTEL & GASTROTEH, with the aim to, just before the summer season, gather in one place and connect manufacturers, distributors and other factors HoReCa sector.
The programme of HOTEL & GASTROTEH – 3rd International Fair of Hotel and Restaurant Equipment and Catering is dedicated to exhibitors displaying hotel and catering equipment and the gastronomy (HoReCa) programme of foodstuffs, as well as to the professional public: hotel and restaurant managers, investors in the field of tourist trade, all entrepreneurs and people employed in gastronomy and tourism.
