The Hunguest Hotel Erkel is found in the heart of the city in the historical area, directly next to the old brick castle.

The Munkácsy Building***, the 3-star wing of Hunguest Hotel Erkel, with 122 rooms was renovated in 2001. Beyond this, the 4-star Dürer Building can be found which was inaugurated in the beginning of May, 2011. This wing contains 177 standard double rooms, 5 suites and 4 rooms for disabled guests. The hotel has a unique big capacity in the region: it can welcome 616 guests in 308 rooms at the same time in the 3 and 4 star buildings.
