On signing an agreement between the CEO of B.P. Pluto and representatives of Hilton Worldwide, the first Croatian DoubleTree by Hilton was presented, which is to be opened during 2012 in Zagreb. The opening is expected in the second quarter of 2012, and the investment in the hotel construction will reach some EUR 25 million. In this period the first guests are expected, having at their disposal 152 rooms, and the hotel will also accommodate a spacious conference area covering more than 800 square meters. The Zagreb DoubleTree will be opened at the Green Gold business centre, in the core of the business zone. DoubleTree by Hilton is a brand that hit the European market in spring 2008, currently featuring 23 hotels in 10 European countries.
