Every corner of the hotel was renovated and all 111 rooms and 10 suites will receive a new face and modern design. Six rooms are equipped and adapted for a stay of persons with disabilities, and 24 beds adjusted to accommodate basketball players.

Also, a new look have received banqueting hall, outdoor hotel restaurant, bar with terrace, kitchen, entrance hall, panoramic lift and reception area adorned with three and a half meters long aquarium, where will be an exotic fish species.

For guests, in the basement will be available bowling hall, recreation room with modern equipment, pool, rooms for massage and solarium, office, hair salon and mini-market, and they will also be in position to use outside courts for football, basketball, handball and other sports.

Summerhouse was built only a few meters from the entrance to the hotel, and in its vicinity will be arranged park for children.
