Brief description:

EuroHeartCare is the annual congress of the Council on Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professions (CCNAP) which will be held in Dubrovnik, Croatia from 14th to 15th May 2015.

This year congress will bring more than 500 healthcare professionals from more than 40 countries.
During the congress participants will have the opportunity to attend at 16 sessions.

The theme of EuroHeartCare 2015 will be “Guidelines: care to implement” and some of the main topics will be heart rhythm disorders and treatment, prevention, heart failure care, health professional education.

The 2015 edition of the congress is held in collaboration with the Croatian Association of Cardiology Nurses.
