6th Controlling Conference will be held on 10th June 2015 at Esplanade Zagreb Hotel. Registration for the conference is opened until 4th June.

To determine and plan business goals it is necessary to fully evaluate the market needs, consider the possibilities for companies to meet those needs, as well as current trends, but also the possible establishment of an alternative, different than the existing one, an innovative business model. Helpful can be modern and innovative approaches to business planning.

Planning for itself does not make sense, if it does not support the management processes of the company, and if you do not analyze the results of achievements, compared to planned, anticipated or sizes of prior periods, and then, on the basis of relevant deviations take appropriate actions with the ultimate goal of improving company operations and creating added value.

Applying modern standards for creating business reports and presentations for the effective and efficient business reporting, is ensuring transparency of business results, and then, consequently, better performance management company.

The aim of the conference is based on the results of empirical research and presentations by renowned experts from business practice to give practical recommendations to improve the existing level of quality of planning, analysis and reporting in enterprises.
