At the beginning of April 2014 construction of hotel Marriott has stared. Hotel will be located in the center of Belgrade, more precisely at the Republic Square (Trg Republike) near National Theatre and National Museum.

Investment in the hotel will be worth 25 million euro.

At guest disposal there will be 114 rooms, restaurant, café bar, meeting room, gymnasium, parking, as well as all the additional technical contents.

During the construction will be apply state of the art interior design, and will be used and materials that guarantee energy efficiency and superior comfort for guests.

When it comes to equipment for hotel, it will be applied the latest technologies, and investors will seek to engage and local suppliers that meet the standards of this group.

Opening of the hotel is planned for May 2015.
