Belgraders who in the first half of March cast their votes in the Beograđanin app opted for red as the colors of new information tourist signs that will be helping tourist find their way around Serbia’s capital. The first 30 signs were set up March 26-28, and their number will rise to 150 by the end of the year. The signs are located around Belgrade’s downtown—on Slavija’s Kralja Milana Street, on Terazije, Knez Mihailova Street, and at other major spots. For the first time, these new signs will be printed in Chinese and Russian—in addition to English and Serbian—because the number of visitors from these countries is expected to grow. Apart from the signs, interactive panels to help tourists find their way around town will be set up over the summer.
