Henri Coanda Airport near Bucharest opened a new terminal at the end of the March. The second terminal building called “The Finger Terminal” has 24 boarding gates, 14 boarding bridges, 4 VIP lounges and 104 check-in desks. As the capacity of the Airport Bucharest Otopeni has increased, it is expected 6 million passengers at the Bucharest Airport until 2012, up from 4.5 million last year. The violin – shaped new terminal building “with finger – board” is the idea and work of an Italian architect specialised in airport design.
FInally a decent Lounge…and than they decide not to accept PRIORITY CARD anymore – leaving the people that really make use of the Lounge with nothing!
The Lounge is nice – food non existing – but the worst is the fact they decided not to accept priority acrd anymore….Another great move from OTOPENI airport!!!
With compliments!
