The congress is the highlight of the activities of the European Pediatric Association and the Union of National European Pediatric Societies and Associations. This flagship event has become a tradition of bringing together pediatricians and child health professionals from all around Europe. Our objective is health promotion and prevention of disease and disability through primary, secondary and tertiary prevention; and where prevention is not possible to provide up-­to­-date evidence based treatment and optimize the health and well being of the child and family and in addition promote children’s rights to health, equity and social justice.
