The educational course held on 23rd and 24th February 2010 was titled Five Star Attitude Course. The lecturer was excellent Linda Pereira and the course was intended for hoteliers and travel agencies. One of the messages of the course was that the five star service entails much more that our personal pleasure, exceeding all hotel categories and even the destination itself. This course lectured on how to incorporate the ‘five star attitude’ in the devoted service offer. The lectures were aimed at inciting awareness and new skills improving the expertise in service rendering.
